All-Purpose Salad Dressing
A salad dressing which goes with everything, and so delicious! It's all you will ever use. I can honestly say, without a doubt, I can't be without this multi-purpose salad dressing! And neither will you — trust me!
Ingredients:
6 cloves of garlic or more, if you wish
1 onion, chopped
1 cup parsley, fresh
30 ml origanum, dried
30 ml basil, dried
5 eggs, large (whole), raw
750 ml (696 g) Sunflower oil
125 ml (125 g) white vinegar (I use freshly squeezed lemon juice)
30 ml sugar (I omit because of allergy)
5 ml salt
Method:
Find a large jug or container that has a lid to hold your ingredients.
Add all your ingredients in the above order.
Give it all a good stir with your stick-blender (immersion blender), then whizz it all together until you have a smooth puree.
Bottle or store refrigerated. It keeps for ages.
The above will fill one and a half 750 ml bottles.
